Feeling stressed? Learn how to reduce family stress, prevent behavior problems with your children, improve family communication, and discover community resources. Services are free regardless of income. SafeCare is a clinical outcome program designed to help families meet the health, safety, and well-being needs of their young children. Who qualifies? (1) Families who have at least one child the age of five or younger, (2) families who live in Oklahoma County and Cleveland County, and (3) families who do not have a current child welfare investigation with the Department of Human Services. By providing groceries and clothes, Master's Market provides individuals the opportunity to divert funds to other vital areas such as utilities. Master's Market also provides personal items, housewares, school supplies, Christmas toys, and cars for work.
